Other Information
1986: The Weekly Argus reported that the Welsh Office had decided to allow an Amusement Centre and Snackbar to be set up in Frogmore Street by Frank Booth & Sons Ltd, a Tenby based firm. The decision was made despite objections by local councillors and traders because it would mean the loss of yet another retail shop from the town. Conservationists were also concerned that the development would change the character of the historic town centre. Frank Booth & Sons said the centre would be an attractive addition to the shopping scene. [News and Weekly Argus 20/02/1986].
1858: A Notice was issued in the Usk Observer for debtors of a named recently deceased person to be sent to Mr Alfred James, Auctioneer operating at N0.7 Frogmore Street. [Usk Observer 13/03/1858].
1858: Advertisement for a luncheon and sale to take place at the Auction Room, 7 Frogmore Street on 16th March 1858. [Hereford Times 27/03/1858].
